  They always seem to be very well stocked - when I come in at least.
  
  It gets super crowded on weekends which makes parking even more tricky when the parking lot is full.
  
  I used to drive all the way to Niles to shop at Hmart. Glad that Chicago finally added store in the city.

  This is a great little store packed full of many of the things you expect in an Asian grocery store. It has an upscale feel and is clean and well stocked. For being on the small side in comparison to a regular Asian grocery store, this H Mart had a great selection of fruits (even ripe lychee for only 3.99 a pound!), vegetables, and other products. I even found fake flan like you can get at 7-11s in Taiwan!
  
  It was pricier than I am used to, but then again maybe it's normal for Chicago. We bought a couple pounds of lychee, the flan, and some plums, and the total came to $21 or $22 dollars.
  
  But overall I'm happy because we went to that H Mart specifically to look for lychee and they had them!

  Finally, an Asian grocery store that doesn't require a long commute. I'm a fan. They have a good selection of fish at very reasonable prices (they'd clean and fillet whole fish for you, though for sushi grade fish I'd still go to Mitsuwa), marinated Korean beef, a very good produce section for all Asian cooking essentials you can't easily find at a regular grocery store (think tamarind, lemongrass, lily buds, all types of chilies you name it), as well as dry ingredients and spices. They even got canned chuhai recently.
  
  One complaint though, why is it always so freezing in there? I have to be very quick about my shopping there, unless I'm wearing a parka.

  So Much Fun!!!! I really love this place!
  How awesome is it to have such a fun store/restaurant so close to your office.
  This place is typically billed as a grocery store. It is so much more.
  It is a grocery store with lots of fun goods that you wouldn't find in your typical grocery store.
  I purchased several face masks in the beauty section that I ADORED!
  I purchased kimchi and this great pineapple liquor in a can that was great.
  I ended up walking up and down the aisles for almost two hours. Too many fun things to look at.
  There is a section of the store with food stands.
  I had a sushi roll and this iced coffee with cream cheese in it- phenomenal.
  I really enjoyed everything I had.
  There are a few different options for food in the front from Ramen to Sushi.
  There is also a stand that has really beautiful desserts.
  A really great place!

  While in Chicago one must go to H Mart!
  There was a good selection of fresh produce and Korean foods. Snacks, sweets, drinks, and even some beauty and skincare products.
  
  I heard it's not as big as other locations but for what it is, it is a good size with a pretty good variety of things. They also had a food court- Japanese, Korean, and cafe options. We had lunch here, and tried a variety of things such as chicken katsu lunch bento, onigiri, chocolate mousse, and boba tea. They were delicious. Somethings were a bit overpriced but overall I would definitely come back when visiting Chicago to stock up on some delicious Asian goods!
